Our client is a fast-moving AI startup transforming the communication within the logistics space. Their platform is automating what used to be hours of manual communication between brokers, shippers & carriers.

Backed by top-tier investors & several of the largest logistics firms in North America.

As an early design hire, you'll play a foundational role in shaping the product, user experience, and company culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for complex, high-volume workflows.
• Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into elegant product solutions.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to influence product direction.
• Help define and elevate our design principles, processes, and systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience designing software products, ideally with complexity at scale (AI tools, dashboards, enterprise systems, etc.).
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional UX thinking, clear visual hierarchy, and thoughtful problem-solving.
• Startup or fast-paced experience preferred — especially if you've worn multiple hats or worked on 0-to-1 products.
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) San Francisco. In-person collaboration is important to us at this stage.
• A builder’s mindset: You thrive on tough challenges and love creating world-class experiences from scratch.
