Our client in Lititz, PA is seeking an in-process Inspector on 1st shift to join their team!

What will you be doing?

• Inspects company products (electronics) at various stages of manufacturing and monitors compliance to the company’s quality policy. Documents the acceptance and rework of non-conforming material during the manufacturing process
• Reviews and reads drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to understand quality requirements of manufactured products.
• Inspects product (cables, circuit cards, assemblies, systems, etc.) manufactured at Sechan for compliance to industry standards, military specifications, and customer drawings. Performs first piece inspections as required
• Utilizes microscopes, test equipment, and standard measuring equipment to perform inspections. May have to work with a microscope for long periods of time.
  Verifies all required documentation.
  Works with Quality Engineers in the disposition of non-conforming material and in identification of defect trends in manufacturing processes.
  Completes documentation of defects through data entry into company software platforms.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic knowledge of technical drawing interpretation
  Experience with and understanding of standard measuring equipment.
  Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities.
  Possesses attention to detail and problem solving skills
  Proficient computer skills.
  Ability to work in a team environment. 
  Ability to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time
  Strong mathematical skills
